Kemudian raja membuat perjanjian dengan TUHAN untuk taat kepada-Nya dan menjalankan dengan sepenuh hati dan segenap jiwa semua perintah dan hukum-hukum-Nya, serta memenuhi syarat perjanjian antara TUHAN dengan umat-Nya yang tercantum dalam buku itu.
